“And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;” Jude 6 (NKJV).
Apostasy is a horrible thing. It even affected the very first beings which God has made, and that is the angels. There was one angel who was evidently more beautiful to look upon than all the others, and that was the one named Lucifer. Read Ezekiel 28:11-19. He eventually got too full of himself, and led others to follow him in rebellion in heaven, and it has been said that one third of the angels followed him. Read Revelation 12:7-12.
Isaiah the prophet mentions Lucifer; “How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations!” (Isaiah 14:12ff). Five times following, he shows his rebellious heart, and says he will take the throne of God, he says, “I will be like the Most High”. If there was ever a case for “I” trouble he had it.
The angels of heaven had a home in the presence of eternal God, their Creator. One led one third to be cast out, and are awaiting the judgment of God. Lucifer, ie., the devil knows that he has but a short time, and in this day is working to condemn the souls of men, women, boys and girls to eternal torment. Let us never begin to take the devil too lightly. He does not care, nor does he have an inkling or concern for our problems. He is a thief, robber, murderer, and does not desire to do anything but to “steal, kill, and destroy” you. He knows his destination is the Lake of Fire, and he and his minions are out to snare, trap, and lead you there with them.
The proper, God made domain for the angels was in the presence of the LORD. God’s proper domain for you and I is to be eternally in the presence of God. Let us never think, though, that just because we were the ones made in the “Image of God” that that destiny is secure. It is only secure in the shed blood of Jesus Christ; shed on the cross for our sins. When we have received Jesus as our Lord and Savior, then and only then, is that destination secured. He holds us in His strong hands, and will never let us go. Praise Him.

COMMANDING ANGELS
“Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? {Hebrews 1: 14}.
Yes, angels play a great part in helping Christians to live in this world; The Lord showed me in a dream vision on how to command angels to make life easier. I was walking in a beautiful garden with God our heavenly Father, He was very tall, I could not see His face but I knew that it was God. He said to me, “Angels must be sent out with the voice of authority”. He showed me many butterflies in His beautiful garden, and He said, “Tell them to go”. So I said, “go”, just a few took off.
Then He said, “This is not the way”, and He put one of His hands behind Him, and then brought it forward forcefully with the voice of authority, and said “GO”, and a great multitude which could not be numbered took off, then He raised His other hand and repeated, “GO”, another great multitude took flight. Still He was not finished, then He raised both hands behind His head, then bringing them forward with such force and with a mighty voice of authority, He said, “GO”, and all you could see was butterflies filling the air.
He then turned to me and said, “This is how you must send my angels out before you with the voice of authority”. Many times I have sent these angelic beings out with the voice of authority, commanding them to go in the mighty name of Jesus, and they have never failed to obey, no matter how big or small the task might be, let us always remember that we have a great heavenly host ready to go into action in and through the mighty name of Jesus. So you see angels are to minister, yes serve us, for we are the heirs of salvation, the chosen ones, and we are to send them forth as the Bible says in {Hebrews 1 v 14}.
The Watchers
In the Bible we come across many names of angels, but, I guess not many of you have heard of angels called watchers. They have a very specific job in God’s kingdom, and that is to proclaim the official orders of the Most High God to man. They are accompanied by other angels called holy ones, who state firmly that man may know that God rules in heaven and on earth, and that God appoints leaders on earth. For wisdom and might are the Lord’s and He changes times and seasons, He removes kings and raises up kings, He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge of His ways, for the Most High rules in the kingdom of men and gives it to who ever He wants to. You can read about these angelic beings who are the servants of the Lord Most High in the book of Daniel 4 v 13-17.
I shall see the King where the angels sing, I shall see the King some day, In the better land on the golden strand, and with Him shall ever stay. In His glory, I shall see the King,
And for endless praises sing.

Sir,
You need to beware that your dream was not from God. There is nothing in the Bible which we are given the power to command angels. They are our ministers, but not for us to command, only God can do that.
Only in the Gospel of Jesus Christ is there power over the angels of darkness. It has to do with God not you or I.
You may have had too much pizza the night of your dream.
T.A.
The Bible says that angels are to minister, yes, they are servants. God has specifically sent them to minister to us, to serve us. If your earthly Father sent a servant to your house to serve you, yes, to minister to your needs, wouldn’t you tell them, or shouldn’t I say, command them to cut the grass, or clean the house etc. They would be looking to you waiting for their next instruction, for that is what they are employed to do.
You would say to them, “Go, do this” or “Go do that”. You see, you wouldn’t ask them, you would tell them. You wouldn’t phone up your Father, and ask him to tell them, because your Father has put them in your charge, to do your work. This is the same principle that God wants you to use when you command angels.
If you have a need or a want of any sort, we are to go to the source our heavenly Father, for He has a store house full of blessings. Then we are to send out the angels to retrieve the blessings that our Father has in store for us.
We must make all our petitions to our heavenly Father in and through the name of Jesus, for we know that all the promises of God are yes, and amen in Christ Jesus. This is how we know by faith that God’s answer is yes, when we make our petitions to Him.
Now I reiterate that we are to command His angels to go and retrieve the answers to our prayers, and when these angels bring what we have requested to us, from our Father, then we are to thank our heavenly Father in Jesus name for His goodness to us.
To reiterate once again, we do not ask the angels for anything, we command them. We do not thank them, we thank our Father. I hope this teaching which the Lord has given to me, to be published amongst His people will be a great blessing and an encouragement to you all. It certainly will if you put it into practice.
Cornish,
There is absolutely no evidence from Scripture of men commanding angels, and there is no evidence that the apostles did so. Are you greater than the apostles?
T.A.
There is absolutely no evidence OF TIM A. IN THE BIBLE ARE YOU THERE.
T.A, Are you telling God’s people that God only speaks through 66 books which are contained ina book called the Bible? Are you putting a limit on God? God cannot be contained in this small collection of Holy Scriptures, God has said much more in other Holy Scriptures which are mentioned in the Bible which today has been banned by men. Like the books of Jasher and Enoch and some other twenty books which are mentioned in the Bible. And by the way God speaks today through the Holy Spirit into peoples hearts bringing new revelation evry day. No, I am not greater than the apostles, just trying to serve the Lord Jesus by encouraging .
Cornish,
Yes there are only 66 books by which we can know about God and know Him, and He reveals Himself through His written Word, His Spirit and is seen in natural revelation. Any supposed revelation that contradicts the written word is not from God.
By your commanding angels, you exceed the power of the apostles and even of Jesus Himself. Jesus said when they came to take Him to trial, “Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He shall presently give Me more than twelve legions of angels?” As a man, He was limited to calling on the Father for the angels, and you say, God told you that you could command angels.
You need to rethink that thinking.
The written revelation of God is finished, and warning has been written concerning adding to and taking away. Revelation 22:18-19.
You may be sincere in wanting to serve the Lord and encourage His people, but you better be sure you have the Word to proclaim; whether it is pleasant to hear or not.
T.A.
Dear TiM A Did not Jesus say that we would do greater things than He did because He was going to His Father in heaven. At the end of the book of Acts you will notice that there is no amen, as in the rest of the New Testament books that is because God is still working and speaking through His people today. If you do not wish to believe this ok, but I do.
Billy,
I do not deny that God is still moving and working in power and glory. There are, however no more prophets giving a new word from God. All of those I have read and heard who claim the gift of the prophet are liars and deceivers speaking things contrary to the written word of God. The prophet or preacher of God’s Word would speak the Word we have, not seeking a new message. There is plenty in the written Word which we do not practice and/or preach.
If, as you appear to believe, there are more messages from God which have the same weight and authority of the written Word, and they contradict what is written, then, we have nothing to judge whether the message is from God or not; no means of discernment, and must accept anything that comes along.
We would need to accept the writings of Confucius, Mohammed, Joseph Smith, Russell -of the Watchtower Society. There would really be no false teaching, but everything “a word from God”, and no “…more sure word of prophecy”.
The amen at the close of the book is no indication of the end of the book. Amen only means, “So be it”, meaning the writer is in agreement with what the Lord has said. We certainly need to be in agreement with the Word of God.
Now, where would that leave us?
Thanks for your comments.
T.A.
Dear Tim, I can see by what you write that you are a christian, but so am I. Any scripture which is written glorifing Jesus Christ and what He did for us at Calvary can be trusted as the word of God. Any scripture or any minister of the word today which do not hold or reflect the truth of Christ will always be rejected by true christians, for they have the Holy Spirit within then to teach them the truth.
I don’t believe I have said any time that you weren’t a Christian; however, every Christian needs to guard jealously the Word of God and His Son Jesus Christ the living Word.
Any message which tries to usurp His written Word or the Living Word is not of God. There are a lot of those messages around.
Thanks for your word.

cornishevangelist,
I urge you by the mercies of God to get back to upholding the integrity of God’s Word. The apostles delivered a complete Gospel to us. If we do not find clear teachings from them about a subject, that teaching is not Biblical. Such a teaching would be a lie.
There is nothing in the Bible that suggests that believers are to issue instructions to angels. The Bible teaches that they answer directly to God.
Years ago, I used to be in your shoes, following after Kenneth E. Hagin’s false teaching (also derived from an extra-Biblical experience) that believers have authority over angels. Thank God for getting me out of that darkness. It is nothing but a delusion of grandeur.
I reiterate: if the apostles didn’t teach it; its not the Gospel.
Tim A., keep standing for the integrity of the Gospel as delivered to us by the apostles. It is a tough call, a narrow road, and one full of obstacles. But it is the straight path. God bless.
Dear Yomi, I do not defend God’s Word, I proclaim it. It is your choice to accept it or reject it.
I believe this word which the Lord has given me concerning commanding angels is a great word of encouragement for all believers today, who are under attack from all quarters. And as for the so-called faith movement, I am glad that you got out of it, It is false.
And as for God’s Word, well, did you not read that the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory of the only begotten full of grace and full of truth.
My friend the Word is Jesus and Jesus lives within us He is alive. Do not confine Jesus to a collection of only sixty six books. It is written that all the books in the whole world could not contain all His wonderful works.
cornishevangelist,
When we are without the 66 books which you think limit our Lord and Savior we become open to any heresy and doctrine which is contrary to the Word of God; and you have opened yourself to that possibility.
Beware of the darkness which awaits you, which will seem as though it is light.
T.A.
You Chose
Now the Holy Scriptures tells us that, the Holy Ghost will teach and lead us into all truth.
He will speak to us in our hearts teaching us His Word, He will show us which scriptures are from Him, and will make us feel very uneasy when we come up against man made scriptures, which have altered His Word.
1John2v 27, says “ but the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not have any man teach you.”
Now even the very young to the very old shall know the Word of the Lord, for the Lord abideth in them, and as Jesus has said, “ He will lead you into all truth.”
